Common Process for Plating
Galvanic is a line of modular pilot plants consisting of a base unit to which satellite units can be connected. The base unit consists of two 2 litres Pyrex glass tanks, with heating and stirring in which the 12 V – 10 A current rectifier is installed. The satellite units doesn’t not contain any rectifier, they can be connected to the base unit and are equipped with two Pyrex glass 2 litres beakers, stirring and heating according to customer requirements. Each base unit can be expanded up to 3 satellite units for a total of 8 tanks. GALVALINK is the first modular plating plant of this size present on the market.
