Common Process for Plating

The GALVALINK system (invented and developed by Berkem) is the ultimate expression of the evolution of small-scale benchtop electrodes. Conceived thanks to the experience on the galvanic processes and thanks to the precious collaboration of the operators, GALVALINK is the best that can be found in the market and is based on the concept of modularity: that is, a line of pilot plants composed of a base unit to which connect satellite units. The base unit consists of two 2-liter pyrex glass tanks with heating and movement in which the 12 V – 10 A current rectifier is installed. The satellite units do not contain any rectifier, they are connected to the unit base and are equipped with two 2-liter pyrex glasses, handling and heating according to customer needs. The basic unit is complete with all that is required to perform any galvanic treatment, in particular, the advanced Berkem software allows to set and recall 5 independent programs with relative independent ampereminutetres for the calculation of consumption, possibility to work in priority of current or voltage, settings of the mixing speed of the solution, digital temperature setting, built according to CE standards in Italy.
